Ayesha Curry is back in the news again as she joins the list of celebrity moms being “mommy-shamed” lately.
The 30-year-old celebrity chef and entrepreneur uploaded photos of the Curry family celebrating Stephen’s big win as the Warriors took home the NBA Western Conference Championship title.
The first photo shows Ayesha and Stephen standing the right side of the photo with Ayesha holding their 10-month-old son Canon in her arms, while daughters Riley, 6, and Ryan, 3, stand at the center of the family in the middle of the picture.
“Infinitely proud of these guys. Gods grace and mercy continues to cover our family and we are so grateful. Not about wins and losses, it’s all about family. Moments like this simply put it all into perspective,” Ayesha wrote as her caption before concluding with the Bible verse Matthew 6:33: “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”
Of course leave it internet trolls to find something to say completely different from basketball as a fan asked if she was expecting.
“Are you pregnant 🤰 again?????” one follower asked.
Ayesha “jokingly” responded back with, “absolutely not LOL. My 30lb son is just breaking my back in every Photo.”

Unfortunately people in our society like to use the stuff Ayesha shares against her as ammo. A troll replied to her previous response as he wrote “30lbs at 10months?? Sheesh”
As any mother would in that situation, she clapped back with "Excuse you? No. Just no.”
y’all really out fat shaming a baby 🤦🏽♀️ people are really pathetic #stephcurry #ayeshacurry
Fans then stepped in to send Ayesha love by condemning both the pregnancy comment as well as the baby fat-shaming ones.
One person wrote: “Shame on those who make those rude comments and attacking a baby? is not acceptable.”
A second added: “Ignore the hate girl. Stay strong 💪🏼”
This fan agreed with Ayesha’s response and shared: “RIGHT!?!! [user] should portion control his rudeness!! Chubby babies are the cutest!!”
Another supporter commented with: “Congrats to your family and keep your head up. It’s plenty of married women like myself who support you.”
A fifth commenter said: “@ayeshacurry pay this no mind. Ur gorg got a gorg family and blessed beyond what he is. Boy bye.”
family goals 💕 #ayeshacurry #stephcurry
It’s pretty insane to suggest portion control for a baby, no?
