Jill Scott’s estranged husband has been granted a restraining order against the singer, which bans her from trash-talking him in interviews or social media.
Dobson had filed a motion for a restraining order against the singer last month after accusing her of airing their dirty laundry on social media.
Dobson claimed in court documents that Scott had been posting cryptic messages about their split on social media, also liking posts that he believed bashed him.
He also claimed Scott had shared a mugshot of him with friends and accused him of being "gay" and a "con artist."
Dobson claimed in court documents that the mistreatment had harmed his reputation, caused him to suffer from depression and required "intensive therapeutic treatment."
The judge granted Dobson the restraining order this week.
Dobson's lawyer, James Walker Jr., stated, "We are very pleased with the decision today of the court to also grant our restraining order. We are hopeful now that Ms. Scott Williams will refrain from posting anything negative about Mr. Dobson, whether direct or indirect, whether implied or by innuendo."
Scott had already obtained her own restraining order against her estranged husband previously.
Scott claimed in court documents that Dobson had been harassing her and publicly trashing her name.
The "Golden" singer referenced an interview Dobson did where he referred to her as an "evil woman."
Scott also stated Dobson was bashing her to her friends and family members. She confronted him about it and claimed he told her he was out for revenge because she had filed for divorce.
The court granted Jill a restraining order which prevents Michael from talking about her publicly.

He is asking for half of their marital assets, as well as $500,000 for pain and suffering incurred during their brief marriage.
Dobson's lawyer stated, "We look forward to our full day in court as the judge, this morning, thankfully did not decide on the validity of the prenuptial. That day will come in court later and we look forward."
